We will systematize before we personalize. When a problem arises, we will look for a simple, easy, system that can consistently resolve the problem now and in the future. We will personalize only when absolutely necessary.
We follow systems exactly as they are. If a system needs improvement, we suggest the improvement, and continue to follow the system until the improvement has been integrated into the solution. We never deviate from the systems.
We are allowed to make mistakes so long as we learn from them, and only make them once.
We are allowed to speak our mind without fear of retribution. Disagreements are welcome so long as they are constructive.
